Spring Fling 2012
The Emerald Lake Estates Homeowners Association is made up of culturally and ethnically diverse homeowners in the Emerald Lake Estates neighborhood located in Garland, Texas overlooking Lake Ray Hubbard.
We are a self-governed homeowners association, led by a seven member Board of Directors elected by our homeowners. The board is supported by committees made up of volunteers from our community.
We are very proud of our beautiful neighborhood and our warm and friendly neighbors.
